This Shipping and Delivery Policy is a guide for all our esteemed customers to let them know of the policy that we strictly adhere to with regard to Shipping and delivery.

Order Processing and Dispatch
When you place an order on our website, it can take from anything between 12 hours to 24 hours to reach our dispatch team. They do the relevant scrutinizing of the order and then forward it to the dispatch team for forwarding it. In case of any instructions from the customer, the product shall be packaged and shipped through a separate vertical which is responsible for customised delivery instructions. There is less staff on holidays and weekends as a result of which the processing might take longer than the usual time required. We apologise in advance for the same.

Shipping Location and Fees
The charges for shipping shall depend upon the type of delivery that has been requested by the customer and the location of the customer. There are two varieties of shipping that can be taken by our customers, Normal and Express and the location may be local, domestic or international. 

There are certain locations that are not accessible to us and we would like to apologise for not catering to such locations. Our list of locations for delivery is updated every month. We would request you to go through our website to be updated with our details. In the case of international shipping, the Customs duty shall be added to the shipping fees. This is a non-negotiable clause as the Customs duty is collected by the Government of India and we do not have any say in this matter.

Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time of our products varies from 2-7 days depending upon the type of product and the number of orders in the queue. The delivery time may increase during festivals or other holidays as the order flow is extremely high and our dispatch team works round the clock to make sure the packages reach the customers at the earliest. We do not like to keep you waiting. However, we cannot confirm the exact date and time of delivery during the peak festival time.

Tracking Order
The moment your orders are dispatched, you shall receive tracking details on your
registered email address and registered mobile number. You can track your order on our app or on our website through the tracking order. If you want to change the date and time of the delivery, you can do so by calling our customer care number and giving appropriate instructions for us to serve you better.

Lost and Damaged Packages
In case of any damaged packages or non-delivery of packages, the customer is advised to contact our customer care at the earliest and report the matter of the damaged package or non-delivery within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date. Any delay in informing non- delivery or damaged packages beyond 7 days from the date of scheduled delivery shall not be entertained.

Split Order and Multiple Shipments
Split orders shall not be taken as a single order for delivery purposes. As a split-order results in multiple deliveries over a period of time, the date of delivery shall be the last order delivery date. The customer shall not question about delay in deliveries in case of split orders as it can take more days for completion of the complete split order.

Return and Refund
For any queries related to Return and Refund, We would like to request you to go through our Return and Refund Policy for any query related to return and subsequent refund of the amount. We know the importance of supplying products to the customers and customer satisfaction is our top priority. Providing Correct Details
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate address for delivery andcorrect phone numbers. The company is not liable for any loss of package due to incorrect addresses being provided by the customer. If the customer is not reachable on the phone, the delivery person shall try to deliver the next day. In case of non-response on the second day, the package shall be returned to the warehouse of the company. The company reserves the right to sell the undelivered packages to other customers.

Shipment Insurance
The shipment shall be insured by the company till it is delivered to the customer. However, the customer cannot claim any insurance amount in case of damaged products. They can only be offered replacement goods at no extra cost.

Review and Changes to Policy
The Company has the sole right to make any changes to this policy and it cannot be questioned in any circumstances. In case of any changes made in this policy shall be intimated through newsletters and a notice shall be put on the website of the company. All rights related to this change lie with the management of the Company and no question shall be raised related to it.
