Return & Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the method that any customer has to follow in case of any cancellation of the order or the process of refund that has to be followed. It is advisable to go through this policy before initiating any cancellation of orders and for the claim of refund for the same.
Cancellation Timeframe
Any cancellation of the orders can only be accepted if the package has not left the warehouse. The customer also needs to specify the reason for the cancellation of the order.
If the package has left the warehouse, in such a situation the customer can only initiate a return, and cancellation shall not be effective. No cancellation is accepted for personalized orders.
Process of Return
The process of return shall be followed as per the instructions provided. The customer shall contact the customer care executives to request the return of the package. The customer shall provide their details and get their verification done for processing the return pickup.
The customer needs to provide details like full name, address and telephone number attached to the account.
The customer then shall be provided with the probable date and time of the pickup of the return. The customer needs to give his consent to this. On the stipulated date, the package shall be picked up.
Process of Refund
The process of refund shall take anywhere between 7-10 working days. The refund shall be initiated after a quality check has been performed on the product and on its success, the amount shall be refunded to the customer. The amount shall be refunded back to the original method of payment within the specified time or the company may offer credit to the customer where the customer shall have the amount as a credit in his account which he can use for any future purchases.. Exception to Return Policy
Any goods which are customized or personalized in nature shall not be returnable. Also, goods that do not pass the quality check are not returnable and no refund shall be initiated
for such goods. The final call on the return and refund policy shall be at the discretion of Cubics Fashion Lifestyles Pvt Ltd.,.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising due to the return and refund policy or the quality, colour or texture of the product shall be taken up by the customer care team. The matter can be escalated to the management of Cubics Fashion Lifestyles Pvt Ltd., if the customer is not happy with the reply of the customer care team.

Legal Compliance
